------- Additional comments from [email protected] Fri May 14 16:55:20 +0000 2010 ------- Whenever I try to save a document with "Save As," OpenOffice (version 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4) hangs for several minutes or indefinitely, and all I can do is "Force Quit." This seems to be the case not only with OpenOffice Writer but also with OpenOffice Drawing. I use Ubuntu 10.04. I have tried setting Ubuntu's Appearance preferences to the simplest setting; I have tried deleting and restoring my OpenOffice profile; I even uninstalled and reinstalled all of my OpenOffice programs. Nothing seems to work. This is burning up time and driving me nuts.
