I have done some testing with this. the same file exported in 1.1.4:
resolution press: 1184 KB
resolution print : 764 KB
resolution screen: 45 KB
In 2.0 exported:
20% 482 KB
40% 751 KB
60% 1001 KB
80% 1555 KB
100% 6995 KB
I think the difference lies in the fact that the compression rates of jpgs are
not the same in both versions, you can't parallize them.
