------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Jun 3 21:29:43 +0000 2010 ------- Impress's default behavior when copying and pasting objects between presentations is to place them at the same position in the new spreadsheet. Normally this is great, however if the size of the page in the destination spreadsheet is significantly smaller than the source, the pasted object can end up way outside the viewable page (this can be quite disorienting - I thought it was refusing to paste for some reason at first). It would be nice if Impress checked whether an object would fit on the page when pasting between presentations, and if not just positioned it in the upper left corner (or in the middle). Then the pasted object would not get lost outside of the viewable page. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
