fixed. IssueZilla has the loginbox again (this is how it was intended acutally)
Having the loginbox exclusively for the mainpage is not possible. (I don't know
a way to check for this).
Now the searchbox is only is used when the servlet is not equal to issuezilla.
So pages below www.openoffice.org except when you access issuezilla.
All other pages (other domains = all other projects) will have the loginbox (as
it was the case before)
