Cleaning up all the stuff that had accumulated because the originally small
role of ImplFontCharMap has
been extended to be used all over the place now is a worthwhile goal. It could
fix some issues or leaks
and improve the performance (issue 113861) e.g. for printing or PDF export.
I created an extra CWS for this ("ifcmap01") that needs careful testing on all
platforms and commited the
initial changes. Please test this CWS.
