For my linux version there is only a OOo 3.3 RC10 rpm-package (32bit, OpenSuSE 11.2). First time this problem accours I have not installed any external hasqldb.jar. I only wanted to work with *.odb-files I used under OOo 3.1.1, also from de.openoffice.org. Before I had closed them with SHUTDOWN COMPACT. I could not open these files under OOo 3.3, but under OOo 3.1.1 After that I installed external hsqldb.jar, version 1.8.1.2. So I could use the databases with OOo 3.3.0 and with OOo 3.1.1. From this point I wasn't able to use the internal database of OOo 3.3.0.
