I think maybe it only happens if you load a version 1.1.1 OpenOffice document (SXW) in version 2.0beta and then save-as ODT. Then fully close openoffice and open it again and bookmarks aren't working. I find if I open a new OO2.0beta document, create a bookmark, then I can see it by right clicking on the page number. If I then open my resume document (ODT), the page numbers work! But if I completely close OO2.0beta and open my resume document (ODT) then the bookmarks don't work.
