This issue is invalid.
It is the second time you open OOo that it accesses and uses the font. The first
time it uses a replacement, not the DIN-font (in this case it used Helvetica).

The font you attached doesn't contain the used umlauts at their correct
position. Where the "ä" is supposed to be, instead it contains the S with
inversed hat "Š" (S with caron). The same for "ö" (the small s with caron
instead of the ö), the font conatins the paragraph-symbol where the ß is
supposed to be. Where the Ü is supposed to be it has the Y with diaresis "Ÿ"

-> broken font, no problem of OOo.
