This is a wontfix. How could OOo distinguish this from an abbreviation?
OOo doesn't include a language parser and doesn't have mind-reading
capabilities.
There is no way for a machine to detect a sentence by its meaning without any of
the above. It can only detect a sentence based on a set of criteria (basically:
Starts capitalized, ends in punctuation mark).
