This is due the fact that there is no URL set to submit the form to (set this
via "Form" in the button's context menu). This would result in a invalid PDF
action, therefore the type is silently changed to reset as that is the only
thing a button can do sensibly without a URL.
Perhaps OOo should warn the user about this fact; let's ask user experience
about this.
