If you can reproduce, then please set the issue to "new" (I only have linux)
I doubt as well that tm understood the issue correctly and that this doesn't
work as specified. -> back to defect and back to tm.
Why would you handle docking differently depending on what window-settings you
have?
The problem is:
docking is impossible when "show window contents during dragging" is unchecked
in window's properties (don't know how it's called in english)
