Not reproducible with m118.
1) There is no "Generic Printer" anymore (cannot select that to print)
2) OOo correctly preselects my default cups-printer
Check again with a vanilla Version of OOo from www.openoffice.org
It is no wonder that this "bug" was in OOo 1.1.x since OOo 1.1.x did not support
cups directly.
