Actually there are two more reasons for not using the RPM AutoProvReq
capabilities:
1. Hamburg RE build environment ensures building baseline conforming libraries
(libc 2.20 etc.) even non baseline conformant machines, which results in wrong
Req entries.
2. Packaging takes much longer.
However I believe your request is valid in terms of inter-package dependencies,
package signing and system library dependencies.
For the system library dependencies we could specify a specialized
'find-requires' and 'find-provides' script.
@IS: we should probably look into generating the inter-package dependencies from
the code that splits links and libraries into different packages.
