We need both locales. bn-BD and bn-IN.

Because, bn-BD will be available in Windows Vista, and bn-IN is currently only
available in WinXP+SP2!

So the installer will work on Win2k, WinXP [excluding any SP] etc.

I think the array might be,
@noMSLocaleLangs = ("bn-BD", "bn-IN", "km","rw");

Actually, we have submitted one set of Bengali [bn] translation. But we have 2
locales, Bengali Bangladesh and Bengali India.

> Furthermore changes in "setup_native\source\win32\msi-encodinglist.txt" and in
"instsetoo_native\inc_openoffice\windows\msi_languages\Langpack.ulf" are
required.

I will submit a patch for them soon.
