ad 1, the bullet belongs to the list of B7 and B8. When you end a list and only
have empty paragraphs below it, clicking the bullet button will continue the
previous list. Only when placing the cursor on first bullet of a list (which B7
is in this list) the list can be indented beyond the starting position. This
will affect the indent of the lsit and not the level of the bullet point.
See spec "Numbering / Bullets Part 1" on specs.openoffice.org (in chapter 7.1).
ad 2, same as in (ad 1,). See chapter 7.1 in mentioned spec.
ad 3, is a bug, it should not affect the indent, because it belongs to upper
list (also see ad 1,).
