Select the "Datum" column and set the column type to "Date (DMY)" and hit OK. Note that when it is imported, this column is imported in MDY format, not DMY. The dates are correct, it's just the format that is not correct. P.S. When I request the column type "Date (MDY)" I get really odd results.
