No, I just wasn't sure on the process so wanted to clarify. I am happy to
hear that the Base Services is not expected to launch in the same month.
That said we will be pushing to not have the gap between the releases be
too large as that may affect the adoption of 16.04 Core.

Also excuse my ignorance but does
https://jira.allseenalliance.org/browse/ASACORE-2685 mean that Config is no
longer required to be maintained as part of the Base Services project?
