Sounds like this issue didn't get handled in triage today. My question is giving this bug is blocking a significant number of SC tests, do we believe that we can cut the RB16.04 branch tomorrow? My understanding is that these are from the Core test plan (as opposed to the platform plans), which leads me to believe that at least for the SC repository we should hold off on on cutting the branch until we can actually run those tests (even if some fail).

One of the tools that cannot be built is policyService, which prevents us from running PolicyDB test cases AJCORE-69 through AJCORE-90 (22 total). The jira severity is currently Major, should I bump this up to Critical or Blocking?
