As a extreme novice Alpine enthusiast..I can read and read until my head falls off...but if I listen to what other people say and do then I can in fact learn, which is why I worded the questions so specifically....I know there are plants that some can't grow and others consider weeds...I know that to some a plant is rare and to others its as common as escargot and Caviar.....but thats NOT the point...lol....in fact there was no point to be made, only inquiries as to learn....
Like myself...who after having multitudes of Lewisias die over winter...am now growing them indoors on my 35* windowsill, where they are thriving......
