I didn't notice this until now but it seems the mic channel has a problem capturing a signal on these cards.
I think it is because the mute is reversed on this channel. ie with mute off the sound channel cannot be heard and with mute on it can be heard. I would appreciate this being fixed quickly as I am in the process of building a portable HDD recorder that uses this chip. Until this is fixed I cannot use the micro motherboard that I have access to. I can record successfully from the pcm channel so I know record is working for this driver.
