Look to EXTIN_ and EXTOUT_ definitions in emu10k1.h. They would be
definitely different for the APS card and we need to investigate them.

See the snd_emu10k1_ecard_init function in lowlevel/emu10k1/emu10k1.c.
There is an initialization for some chip.
