As I don't own a Hammerfall card I'd like to know, how windows presents
your hammerfall hardware? How do you use the features of the Hammerfall
with Windows. It's certainly possible somehow to do multitrack recording
with windows, isn't it? They probably live of windows user, not of linux
sound hackers..

Hm, that's probably wrong. In Glame you can easily configure whether you
want use oss or alsa with an option menu. Then the user has to type in a
string for the device name. Anyway, some people are confused about the
devicename to use. I just hope that most people will know which alsa
device they want to use... At the present time I anyway just use mono or
stereo playback. More Channels are just mixed in software.
