Hi,

i committed a bunch of changes regarding the power-management codes to
cvs.
i've tested the newer driver with a laptop with es1968 chip, but not
fully tested on other machines.
if you have a laptop, please test whether it's still ok.

(well, it seems the current cvs tree is broken because of missing
 check-in of the last ac97 codec changes... i hope Jaroslav will fix
 this soon.)

also, i'm not sure, atm, whether the power-management on 2.2 kernels
still works correctly.  if you have such an environment, please let me
know the result.
