I don't use the Digital port on my Audiophile so I can only
guess: You need to select "S/PDIF in" in the Patchbay/Router
part of envy24control, then you record with e.g. arecord. But
first you need to upgrade to a cvs version of alsa. I never
got recording working with beta7.
