[Alsa-user] Midiman 2x2

Hi   i need some help setting up a MIDIMAN2x2 on a vaio grx560 laptop i followed the directions on Planet CCRMA but i do not seem to get lights or activity on the midi man2x2 i installed all the hotplugs/ezusbmidi rpms when i tail -f /var/log/messages it sees me plug it in on bus 2/2 assigns it a number then it says (vend/prod 0x763/0x1001) is not claimed by any active driver then it says /etc/hotplug/usb.agent: setup esusbmidi for USB product 763/1001/1 but no lights on the midiman2x2 cat  /proc/asound/devices gives 0: [0-0]:ctl 16:[0-0];digital audio playback 24: [0-0];digital audio capture 1:            ;sequencer 33           ;timer any assistance would be greatly appreciated   cheers~   Pat Pagano, Director South East Just Intonation Society http://www.screwmusicforever.com/SHREESWIFT/ http://www.digitalworlds.ufl.edu
