Well, the intel_i8x0 module looks like it's being loaded (or it's
compiled in) in the dmesg output - that's an OSS module, so if that's
loaded then ALSA won't be able to access your card.

If you do lsmod, is intel_i8x0 listed?  (It shouldn't be)  Is Intel i8x0
audio support compiled into your kernel?  (It should be turned off)
