-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi,
I've been using alsa from cvs for some time now. It has been working just fine until now. I did what I've always done, updated the cvs, used cvscompile in alsa-drivers and make install. But whenever I try to play sound I get these errors: Starting the artsd daemon: - ---[snip]--- tmh@proficio:~$ artswrapper -a alsa >> running as realtime process now (priority 50) ALSA lib pcm_hw.c:297:(snd_pcm_hw_hw_params) SNDRV_PCM_IOCTL_HW_PARAMS failed: Invalid argument artsd: pcm.c:661: snd_pcm_close: Assertion `pcm' failed.
