Still trying to get my Delta44 to stop dropping samples when playing and recording.
I read some stuff on IRQ's, and pci latency, and so put my Delta44 on IRQ9, and the video on 4. I also cut the video card's slot down to a latency value of 32, while bumping up the Delta44's slot to 248, using setpci.
These things didn't seem to make a difference.
I heard that the Delta44 uses a jillion irq's. Is that because of the VU meter interface? If so, it would be cool if I could disable them.
Otherwise, I know that buffer size is usually the culprit.. I don't really think that it is here, but just in case, is there a way that I could bump the audio buffer size way up for this card? I don't mind recompiling, if it is in a header file somewhere.
Thanks...
Tobiah
