I have been trying to get my digital out working with a Terratec Aureon Space 7.1 but so far no luck :( I dropped a few mails on the develpment list but nobody seems to be responding. So maybe this is just a user question then so I figured I try in here to see if someone can help me. Currently I'm running the latest cvs version and every needed module seems loaded, with some warnings and a tainted kernel warning. I saw on the matrix that the card is now supported so it should work.
I have been successful in using the drivers to play sound through the analog out. I have tried every possible setting I could think of to make the digital out work but somehow it's not enabled. Otherwise I would notice a red light going on at the back of the card. I don't have a .soundrc. Do I need one for this functionality to work?
