I am having trouble with getting pd to playback 4 channels of audio out to a Quattro usb interface.
I used the .asoundrc stuff on the web site www.alsa-project.org and have been able to get two channels at a time using pd. -alsadev quattro1 plays ch. 1 & 2 and -alsadev quattro2 plays ch. 3 & 4. But when I use -alsadev quattro, the only thing that comes out is a very loud squeal. Hopefully someone here has bumped into this before and might have a clue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
