Hello Alsa-ists, I'm looking at laptop friendly soundcards with an eye to do some digital dj'ing. The base requirement is that I have at least two stereo outs (4 channels total). Are the new breed of 5 channel 'surround sound' cards easily set up for 2 seperate stereo channels ? Does anyone have any recommendation for a cheap external USB (firewire?) card they've got working for a DJ scenerio (eg: using gdam) ?
