You can't.
I'm currently writing this driver, but it isn't yet finished.

The snd-virmidi driver creates a bunch of rawmidi ports with
associated sequencer ports. This is useful if you want to access the
sequencer port(s) of a user-mode application (like Timidity) with an
OSS-compatible device file.
