Hello, i am using now http://opensource.creative.com/ emu10k1a driver, but i have problemas with mine creative inspire 5.1 5300 speakers kit( http://uk.europe.creative.com/products/product.asp?prod=250&page=1) , they are connected to the card, analogic, not digital! So the driver dont works with the midle speaker, when i play a dvd with "mplayer -channels 5" it enables 5.1 full system, and it should work, but the driver does not seems to work on this kind of speakers, because they are connect analogicaly, so i wanto to know if alsa can do it? because i dont have half of the sound power that this can do... and i want it! Soo, Alsa it's able to play 5.1 with a sblive 5.1 card+5300 speakers kit (connect analogicaly) ?? can it?? Tks by the help... i dont see any other way to put this working...
