[Alsa-user] play two audio files independently on Delta/66?

i have a delta/66, which has four output channels.  i'm currently able 
to play a stereo audio file on the first two channels.  is it possible 
to play a second file independently on the second set of channels?

scenario: my wife and i share a debian box, and we use xmms.  i listen 
to something in my office, while she, in the livingroom, gets a remote X 
connection to the same workstation and listens to something else.
