Hello there,

i have a problem with my Sb Live! which is that the center channel gives me
no sound at al. the setup i use is an Sb Live on linux 2.6.3 ( al modules
build into the kernel) with Creative DTT 3500 digital speakers.

output of several commands are below

when i play an a52 or ac3 (5.1 surround) encoded file in mplayer it detects
al channels correctly and gives me sound on al the speakers but noting on
the center even if i put al the channels way up in alsamixer.
i have tried differend files so i know its not the file . i also tried to
switch speakers, tryed an other set of speakers still no go ..

how do i resolve this ? or is this known not to work ?
