Hi Qin The link provided redirects to https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-alto-oam-yang-06 instead of new transport draft. I assume the subject is correct and the WG LC is against new transport, correct? Just to be dure and reviewing the correct draft to answer this LC.
