Yep.  This was a requested feature to help ensure nobody is accidentally
changing the config on someone else's board at a launch.  It can be
annoying at times if, like me, you're using one ground station to tweak
rockets for more than one person, but you get used to it pretty quickly.

Hrm.  Keith tweaked the TeleDongle receiver parameters slightly at some
point, and we got better sensitivity as a result, but I can't explain
the numbers you're seeing.  Maybe he can.  Typically, I see about -50
when units are "close" going to maybe -95 or so at the limits of
reception.  Sounds like something in the RSSI measuring/reporting is
just different on your unit.  If it's all still working ok, I wouldn't
get too worked up over the numbers.

Yes.  Requested by a couple highly insistent customers.  We strongly
recommend *not* using this feature.  Let the Kalman filter do its
thing...
