Know anyone nearby that you can borrow a different TeleDongle from to try? We've had a very small number of TeleDongle units where everything seems fine except transmitted packets are garbled somehow. So it's *possible* that you have a TeleDongle with that problem if it was bought this calendar year... which I think yours was? Bdale
