Note that the TeleMetrum v1 starter kits included the cable necessary
for reprogramming TeleMetrum and TeleDongle hardware, so if you
bought one of those, you should have it somewhere.

There are some useful bug fixes for TeleMetrum v1 boards since 1.0.3,
but nothing significant since 1.2.1. 1.2.1 also included a change in the
TeleDongle radio configuration that improved sensitivity a bit.

As for TeleMini, there really haven't been any significant bugs fixed
since 1.0.3.
