A lot of municipalities have e-waste programs or hazardous household waste disposal facilities. If your's does, you might check there. There are also private electroncis and battery recyclers around. Oddly, the police department in the town near where I live takes used batteries and sends them off for recycling (granted I don't know if they would take a Lipo). Finally, you might look for something like an Interstate Batteries retail shop in your area. I think they also take used batteries.
