Right. I would not suggest coating a board that was already designed due to values changing. Rather, it would have to go through iterations being developed with the coating. V3? :-D

Different coating materials have different dielectric constants, none of which are the same as air... That will impact things like how the filters tune. But, since I haven't ever actually coated a TeleMetrum or TeleMega board (just things we've built for AMSAT), I don't know how much effect there might be.
