Nice design!  Thanks for sharing it.

I'm pretty sure the right answer for us at this point in the process is
a simple 1:1 swap of the toggle and associated flip lid with a high
quality key switch, though.

Lost keys is something I worry about.

Anyone know of a high reliability key switch of any geometry that only
allows key removal in the "off" position and with only 1 "key
combination" (all keys are the same)?  All the switches I've found so
far that meet my other requirements have higher-security keys than I
think we really want or need.
