I am also running Windows 10 and have similar problems with USB not recognizing connected items. Have ot go to file manager and scroll down to usb device and click on it. May be a Windows problem and not an easymini. Just Hoping this helps. George Shaiffer

I am assuming you're running AltOS and clicking on Save Flight Data. On my setup it does not matter when you boot up the Easy Mini (i.e. before or after plugging in the USB cable). Also, I do not need an e-match connected.
