There's the patches list, in which fixed bugs are posted as soon as
they're known about.

Basically, someone has to go over all the existing documentation, see
if it still applies to the current behavior, update what doesn't and
see if there are any of the new features that are not documented and
document them. Rewriting some parts that are too old to be useful and
others that are really not very well-written can be left for the next
release :-)
