Actually, that's exactly why I suspected a major unresolved issue -- we get
to see the patches, but we don't have visibility into unresolved issues.

Can this be contributed easily from the outside? IE, can I submit a context
patch? If I was to go over the docs and fix things I know are wrong or
misleading ... it probably wouldn't be the definitive effort, but it could
help.
