cleaning tape ... and labelling ...

two questions:

how do I tell chg-chio that slot 7 is a cleaning tape?

what happens if I put 6 blank tapes into my autoloader, that haven't been
label'd?  is amanda smart enough to label them on its own, or do I have to
label them manually as I need them?
