Planning Incrementals

Hi All,

Please advise.  I set the dumpcycle parameter in the conf file to 0, since I 
want amanda always to make full backups.  This worked for a very long time, but 
as of several days ago I suddenly noticed in the amanda mail message that the 
planner is scheduling level 1 and later level 2 backups.  The change I made was 
to recompile client-src from 4.1beta where I removed the s parameter from the 
ufsdump command. Any ideas?
