Hi,
Apparently amanda failed to create index files for /dev/md/dsk/d0
partition on homer. However the indexing on all other paritions
(e.g. c0t0d0s0, c0t0d0s1, etc.) worked just fine. But Solaris
disksuite's /dev/md/dsk/d0 RAID5 partition does not generate
any indexes. When I tried to cat the index file from amanda's
database and it was empty. There should be at least 34,800 file
entries in the index database. Any idea why it failed to index
that partition?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here an output when i ran amrecover:
[root@homer /u01]# amrecover Daily -s marge -t marge
