But that would mean that I'm not able to restore the tapes with
amrecover. I would still be able to restore them with amrecover.
Right?

The question is, if I do an "archive-run" today and do not a normal
run, I will not be able to restore (with amrecover) the files which
changed till the last backup?


What happens if I remove (physically) a tape and would not tell amanda
about it? She should take the next in the cycle and skip this tape
till it as back in the cycle?
