I'm fscked up with those we-believe-in-Windoze guys ignoring their
causes of problems. Amanda drives smbtar. smbtar is a wrapper for
smbclient. If smbclient issues SMB commands and NT crashs one more
time, it's M$'s fault for poorly implementing the SMB protocol and not
documenting it publicly available. Go and tell your co-worker to blame
M$ for it. I'm sure M$'s support will help you quickly and for no
charge.
